You will find humorous examples for cultural differences as well as practical tips. Even the title of the book made me curious. I have read it in one go.

'I Become a Beer' provided a source of invaluable support for a recent piece of Postgraduate work. As part of an MA in Applied Linguistics and Education, discussions involving cross cultural barriers and communication breakdowns form an inevitable part and parcel; this book depicts the Anglo-Germanic miscommunications with a frankness and humour that is endearing to unravel.
